This is a test of the Conservative party conference
That’s because “government” cannot make us prosperous because govt does not make things. None of the food you buy (even if you live off benefits) will say “made gy government” n its packaging.
Government doeesn’t do things, they can only tell othr people what to do.
They can only order other people around to make things
And if govt does decide to to get in the thick of it, whether by taking over car companies or health care, it ends up either in stagnation and bankruptsy or in soul-less, disappointing service because govt emps know they will get paid by us the taxpayers via our taxes whether they provide good services or bad.
